Trung Tâm Sinh Hoạt Giáo Xứ Lộ Đức

Để hoàn tất cơ sở trong khuôn viên giáo xứ theo masterplan đã có từ nhiều năm qua, nhằm đáp
ứng nhu cầu sinh hoạt & phát triển đặc biệt là cho giới trẻ, công trình xây cất Trung Tâm Sinh Hoạt giáo xứ Đức Mẹ Lộ Đức bao gồm 2 phần sẽ được thực hiện thành 2 giai đoạn:

Giai đoạn 1: Trung tâm Sinh Hoạt Ngoài Trời (Pavilion)

* Dự trù khởi công; Tháng 3-4 năm 2023; Hoàn tất 9-10/2023

* Tổng diện tích 28K sq.ft. với sức chứa 2000 người;

* Có mái che, quạt thoáng mát, đường gas để nấu bếp khi cần thiết, sân khấu.

* Khi không có sinh hoạt vẫn có thể xử dụng cho bãi đậu xe

* Mục đích xử dụng: sân chơi thể thao như bóng rổ, cầu lông, hoặc các sinh hoạt cho giới trẻ; phòng chứa đồ supplies, phòng vệ sinh) hoặc tổ chức các sinh hoạt lớn như Hội Chợ Tạ Ơn, Ngày Giới Trẻ, hoặc sinh hoạt hành hương Ngày Đức Mẹ Lộ Đức, ….

* Khi không có xinh hoạt vẫn có thể xử dụng cho bãi đậu xe.

Giai đoạn 2: Hội Trường Đức Mẹ Lộ Đức (Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Hall)

* Dự trù khởi công; Tháng 3-4 năm 2024; Hoàn tất 3-4/2025

* Tổng diện tích 30K sq.ft. với sức chứa 1000 người;

* Sân khấu lớn 30ft x 50ft;

* Phòng bán quà lưu niệm (giftshop)

* 2 phòng sinh hoạt riêng (100 người);

* 5 phòng họp trên lầu

* 26 phòng vệ sinh nam & nữ + 1 phòng tắm (staff)

* Nhà bếp bên trong rộng 5,000 sq.ft. với đầy đủ tiện nghi

* 2 phòng lạnh (walk in coolers), kho chứa đồ supplies, hành lang phía sau có đường gas
để dùng nấu bếp ngoài trời khi cần như bánh chưng

Mục đích xử dụng: Sinh hoạt hàng tuần cho giáo dân & các em học sinh; sinh hoạt cho giới trẻ; bán quán hàng tuần, sinh hoạt cho các hội đoàn (4 phòng trên lầu), hoặc sinh hoạt cộng đồng khai thuế, hội chợ y tế, ….

Tổng Kinh Phí Dự Trù: $8.5M (+/- 15% – 20%)

Our Lady Of Lourdes Activity Center

In bringing to completion the master facilities plan, and to meet the growing needs of our parish, especially for the youth, we will move forward with the Construction of “Our Lady of Lourdes Activity Center”, which will be completed in two phases:

Phase 1: The Outdoor Activities Center (The Pavilion)

* To begin in March-April 2023; to be completed in September or October 2023

* Total space is approximately 28,000 sq. ft., with a capacity of 2000 people

* Space is covered with roof, has cooling fans, gas lines for cooking, and a stage

* When there is no activity, the space can still be used for parking

* Purpose of use: Covered outdoor space for numerous parish programs and events, including sporting activities for the youth, the annual Thanksgiving Festival, the annual LoDuc Youth Day, other large community celebrations, or even hosting a pilgrimage to Our Lady of Lourdes.

* The facility will also have allocated storage space for various parish organizations

Phase 2: Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Hall

* To begin in March-April 2024; to be completed in March-April 2025

* Total space is approximately 30,000 sq. ft., with a capacity of 1000 people

* A large stage 30ft x 50ft

* A giftshop

* Two large activities room accommodating up to 100 people

* Four or five meeting rooms upstairs

* Public restrooms accommodating up to 26 persons, plus one private restroom for staff

* A complete 5,000 sq. ft. kitchen with full amenities

* Two walk-in cooler storage rooms (Freezer), installed natural gas lines for cooking outdoors during special events and activities

Purpose of use: The indoor space will accommodate numerous parish programs and activities including the weekly Vietnamese and CCE school students, the weekly fundraising food sales, the ongoing organizational meetings and activities, the health fairs, the annual tax filings assistance program, etc.

Total Estimated Budget: $8.5M (+/- 15% – 20%)
